COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Service Tax extra applicable on the total bill as per government ruling from time to time (presently 4.944 %) and new percentages as and when the Govt proposes.
2. All Bills will be submitted on a weekly basis, payment for which can be made within 10 days from date of submission of bills.
3. Vehicles are subject to availability. As per government norms all type of vehicle not have approval to run as tourist taxi cab. e.g. Chennai not have permit to run INDIGO & ESTEEM.
4. Time and meter reading will be on garage to garage basis.
   Exceeding 4 hrs/ 40 Kms will be charged as full day.
5. Local: A booking will be considered as terminated at 12:00 midnight and thereafter shall be treated as full day.
6. Outstation: Driver’s Bhatta and over night distention will be charged on calendar day basis.
7. Cancellation: Rs. 250 / will be charged once car leaves our garage.
8. Any disputes subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction.
9. Parking, Permit, Entrance, Toll, Road Tax: Charges will be to Client’s Accounts.
10. Airport Transfer is valid only within city limits and subject to a maximum of 4 Hrs or 40 Kms. Duty will automatically change to adhoc basis if it exceeds the same.
11. For any hike in the prices, fuel surcharge shall be charged on the bill as per the following formulae:
